Sun and Soil is currently seeking a Part-Time Manager to join our team.

We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking the lead day to day. This role is for someone who naturally steps in, takes initiative, and can keep things running smoothly. We’re a small business, so this position really matters. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in seeing a small business succeed and who genuinely cares about creating a great experience for every customer. This is a part-time position, with approximately 15–20 hours per week.
