Part Time Parlor Associate

We’re looking for a part-time team member to join our little jungle! Someone who is naturally warm, engaging, and genuinely loves both plants and people. This role is approximately 40–45 hours a month and blends a thoughtful, customer-first retail experience with hands-on plant care and shop upkeep. Please note, we’re looking for someone to grow with us long-term. This is not a seasonal or summer position

What You’ll Do

• Deliver top-tier customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience

• Assist customers with plant care guidance and purchases

• Process transactions through Square POS

• Water, repot, prune, and maintain overall plant health

• Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually elevated

• Lead in-store workshops

• Help unload and stock plant and pottery shipments

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation

• Punctual and dependable, arrives on time for scheduled shifts

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable leading workshops and engaging with groups

• Strong customer service skills and a warm, approachable demeanor

• Comfortable assisting with social media as needed (taking photos/videos for stories, etc.)
